Weighing 72 kilos now and I'm aiming for 80 in six months.

I started the gym last week since i couldn't train MMA anymore, not really my thing but i'm enjoying it

Obviously that's the goal whenever you're hitting the gym and bulking up, although it's always a combination of muscle mass and fat because of the extra calories you're bringing in to your body. I've done the +10kg bulk a couple of times before and I'm looking to stay as lean as possible. Hoping that the extra cardio in form of MMA training is going to help a bit, it's also hitting muscles in the core that I have no clue existed. I'm 178cm.
