Failed an 80kg bench press yesterday, I was expecting tops 85kg but couldn't make it since I wasn't psyched up for a one rep max and I got the idea to try it in a middle of a work set (2x6x65kg before the PR attempt) so I had already wasted some energy. Got 77,5kg but it's kinda stupid number so I'll try the 80kg as soon as possible. going to work some legs today.

Squatted three sets of 10x85kg and one set of 6x92,5kg. Someone should append that Edit-picture to work with :edit:

Sounds good man, I've been going to the gym for a few months now, I should really start eating better and doing shit serious though. I've improved a bit since I started buy I think I could do a lot better. At least I'm not totally fucking weaksauce anymore

Backwards stoppies in SA are pretty similar to VC ones, if you take the good angle, the front wheel is gonna go through the ground so you can reverse (I never held a freeway backstoppie over 2 seconds).

You know you can do backwards stoppies with the pizzaboy and the faggio if you're going below the speed you'd bail going backwards at right?
There's also a glitch that lets you do it with different bikes that boxXx found a couple of years, I guess I could upload the clip he made if anyone's interested.
