Got nothing against European institutions as long as they act as a whole if&only if every member of it, or at least a vast majority, agrees.
And I wouldn't vote for that big country you described... It might seem as a means for getting better organization and all but it could also mean loss of national identities after a given period of time.

I still got a lot of cities I want to visit in the near future but from what I saw so far my favourite would definitely be Dubai, they have epic buildings to land, and lots of fast runups without any obstacles.
I guess It'd be best in the IV engine because some of those buildings are rather high. 

Paris could also be a good city for stunting I think.

Indeed, j'y étais pas passé depuis des mois, le choc en voyant que même le bar est fini. C'est limite blazant, mais bon on savait que ça finirait comme ça depuis la fin des french crews
