Deezer ftw, WMP sucks as hell, iTunes is ok.

Yeah, my pc is rather crap. I lagged less when I used Windows XP, but I had some problems with GTA LC when I was running on Windows XP, so I changed to Windows Vista, I can handle the lag

Yeah, I was running it with my old AMD Sempron 3000+ with 512MB's of RAM, so pretty much any PC newer than 5 years can. Changed back to XP though since I couldn't play VC with it, driver error I guess, couldn't solve it back then.
