After the big mess WH had with KillaMarci (which is pathetic, from both sides). What are you current recruiting politics and are you going to make it any better?

I think we'll not recruiting someone before a loooooooooooong time. And i think our way of recruiting is totaly standar, nothing hapenned how it should have for KM' audi.

Care to elaborate? I mean, what do you demand from a [new] member? Is it skills, personality, respect, trust?
Because it seems that after the whole KM incident, you don't seem to get to know your new members very well and trust/respect each other.

And NuclearDeath, I agree that the auditioning system is pretty much the standard system with crews here in GTAS, but that doesn't mean it's the best and the only one. But that's a personal thing, so I can't judge WH's decision. I feel that the crews using the auditioning system only seek for skilled people though, pretty much putting aside the important personality issues. I hope that the incidents like with KM here, never happen again.
