He was recruited mainly for editing so there was no point in auditioning and as we don't accept auditions anymore, you'd have to be invited so everything was done according to our new policy.

Dare: Depends on what you're after... the best tips i could give anyone here is when you make a video, don't just focus on either the stunts, the editing, quality and so on... make it a full package, give the video an atmosphere, something unique, get the viewers mind sucked into the screen.

don/Tackle: Non-WH: dedicated, WH: Ethereal... imo it had that atmosphere i just mentioned.

Well... I have most troubles with making some cool special effects. I know when to use them and sync
everything... but sometimes have troubles making them. For example that effect from Aero when screen gets
covered by two black lines and then again uncovered... etc.
