Both wrong. It's not photoshopped, the white dots at the wheels are also on the exhaust. And it's just a default grindable rail.
The soloution is so easy.

It's just an bug, a guy named Bubi shown me that on sa-mp last year. It's in the near of Verdant Meadows on the hill.
