Is it ok, if only the landing is in the military base, or should be the runup aswell in the military base?

I tried it rly, i tried 3 different grinds, but every time i stucked on the dam rail (short runup, less speed i guess).

And i bring the edit of a special video to it's end atm, too, so sorry, i tried it, but i don't have much time and don't get a good result. GL Godson.
