in the GTASL3 rules says:

it is official update. like handling fix. since LC is a map mod itself using official updates is not modding.

Guess that's kinda the same imo. And besides Angel & Freeway has the same handling so it's still a possible stunt. But what do I know.

it's totally not the same since dannye's scm or spoosh are far from official updates.

but since dannye's scm and spoosh are allowed with no restriction i guess SoRu's stunt is absolutely legitimate. sorry for the inconvenience.

The only reason there was no "restriction" upon my scm, is because some things should just be obvious. Since NoAP didn't put any restrictions on the use of my mod - technically you could teleport a faggio onto the stadium roof and do a stunt and it would be allowed, right...? Wrong! Because its common sense not to do that - as we all know that using mods like mine are only "accepted as un-modded" if the things you are doing with them are possible without any mods at all.

But I do understand, this is more of an honest mistake (compared to, say, a person who did the above example) - heck, sometimes I forget which vehicles actually do spawn naturally in LC. Since no restrictions were set at the time of the challenge, and since it is already a grey area, and since SoRu (as far as he knew) abided correctly by the rules of the challenge... I am going to have to allow it this time - there's really no other fair option.

But we judges probably will go about adding detail to the gtasl3 rules in regards to modding.

(Long Story Short) - SoRu's stunt will be acceptable, and will be judged as per normal.
