Yeah but don't boats sometimes have different cities names? I went to Bridlington Harbour and saw a boat that said Hull on the back And the Liberty Ferry Terminal might just be a name.

EDIT: And the Liberty Ferry Terminal may be for Ferrys that are travelling to Liberty island for tours and stuff.

But like Juan said, it did have new aspects, like statue of liberty, new looking residential area's etc.

I know Rockstar usually base their cities on real cities but this looks like it is actually supposed to be NYC and not just a city that resembles it.

Let's think back to the first GTA. That had small-scale top-down views of three seperate places: Liberty City, San Andreas and Vice City.

They're now repeating Liberty City. I doubt they could repeat ALL of San Andreas but maybe a portion of it - and then Vice City too. Just a thought.

One thing. If we're going back to LC, there aren't gonna be any bikes cause they were banned in LCS (1998) that's why there were no bikes in GTA3 (2001).
