Did nobody pay attention to the same LC traintracks, in the same LC street, the same LC bridges, the same LC buidings, just additions, like if it was Liberty City 20 years before the last one.

Dude get it through your head, Its NYC not LC. LC was a crude ripoff of NYC. Most of the things were missing. This shit looks detail.
