Definately possible, with this kind of bump in a slope you can get very vertically. Just watch Daffy's bump on the other side of the stairs to the roof up ahead in Archetype.

tried for SL 2, came close but the velocity won't add up. My best was 96ft.

I bet if someone spends enough time they will land it, bumps like that drive me crazy as 99 out of 100 attemps = bail.
