I watched all of his reps, including the ones he submitted for other records and they vary in speed. For example in some cases he floats like crazy and in others he looks normal all within a rep.
Sorry but on reason of suspicion i cant accept this. If you do have mods or cheats please remove them.

Maybe he stunts FL off and that is the changes of speed you are seeing.

In SA unlike VC the rep speed doesnt change due to fl beeing off or on. Thats why its so easy to see when someone mods.

Actually it does . Sometimes the rep is either fast , or slow when you are in the air .
