My first attempt at abstract art
« on: March 20, 2007, 09:42:35 PM »
Well, 7 more days till my graphics card gets here so I can actually USE my other PC (don't ask, long story), so I thought I'd whip up a little something. Now I dont have Photoshop on this PC, so dont critizize me.

It looks like something that could be sold for $800 in an art museum. Good job I guess.

Any defining concept behind it or are you just trying to be "deep" looking and "in the scene"

Well...I can't see anything special about it except for the fact that it was done in MS Paint.

Well I guess it's ok since you used Paint, also there is no depth, composition or definition in the piece itself and it fails to maintain an attainable level of being called a work of art. But I guess it's how you look at it. Good job.

Well lol, what I find funny is that some artists throw paint onto a canvas (kinda like what I did) and they sell them for like $1000, what gives?

Anyone wanna buy it?
