Nice, these are the kind of stunts I like to perform (and watch).

Before my computer died I did a stunt which looked similar to this. I put a golf cart on the top of the stair case, then bumped it so Tommy did a full back flip, I was up-side-down in mid air so I kind of wallrided the part of the roof that sticks out and landed in to a grind on the rail. Looked awesome but unfortunaly it was while trying out the FL off glitch.
