Creation date?

Hey,

Is there a way to check the creation date on a file after you download it? I'm not implicating anyone in the GTASL but I want to be ready in case it happens. I guess if you zip the file then send it the original creation date is there, is there another way?

there is absolutly no way. File times are OS related.

Whenever a new file is created or saved its upon the programm to decide creation date and it gets saved on the index layer of the OS. Changing these dates is extremly easy anyways...

Some servers use the upload date as creation date, others use the original one. Archives can't handle with the dates in most cases as they arent based on a specific OS.
