Yes, third island is the one with the airport, docks, Little Haiti/Havana, downtown, all that shit is fair game.

If I were to guess, I would say it does not include moving cars. (Keep in mind the keyword there was 'guess').

But benches I am sure are definately fine.

Benches are ok, not other cars though. My definition of a "natural" bump is a bump off of a permanent fixture without the use of another vehicle.

Also, you guys are getting an extra day due to forum downtime.
