Hey guys i just formatted my PC because it screwed up last night

Now i suspect some of my drivers aren't installed, because its so damn weird.

Its FAST, but for instance, when i drag a window, it lags along...

When i use the mouse roll thing to go down a web page, it lags along...

What drivers do i need?!

Apparently i formatted and it got rid of my drivers
