I did the second one, small grind, but at least I managed to land on the other roof. Watch Mediocrity 2.

Yeah, first one is impossible, unless you use something that creates a small bump, which it could still be impossible.... meh, like everyone else said, BH did it.

Daffy did the first one in GTASL1 when he was fighting against ZeroX for best stunt involving an exploding vehicle, which he used the helicopter for.

Bloodyhook did the second one in Mediocrity 2

Good finds, although personally I don't like high building stuff. (Stunts starting from high buildings, anyways)
