New keyboard

So i got a Logitech G15 keyboard present BUT.

The keyboard register that i opened fraps so when i go into Vice City ex it fucks up.
It shows that 100% of my CPU is in use so i cant do anything because its too slow.


Is there any way to disable my keyboard to not register that i opened fraps `?
