[VC] Ghost Bikes
« on: December 23, 2006, 01:38:45 PM »
Ton's of people asked me about this so i just made a tutorial.

----------------------------------
Devision's Ghost Bike Tutorial

//Tutorial based around TXD Workshop. If you don't have it download it at: www.gta-tools.com
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Step 1: [Starting]

Extract all your PCJ parts as .BMP
Do your custom changes to the PCJ(if you havn't already) and import the .BMP's back
into the TXD file.
(NOTE: It must be BMP or you cannot import the alpha's)

Step 2:[Alphas]

Ok to make a bike ghostly you will need to make some custom alpha's
like seen in this picture:
 )

Ok now that your alphas are all ready to use. It's time to import them!  Click the Alpha/Mask button below the
texture viewer.

---------------------------------------------------------
This is my first tutorial for...anything so hopefully you guys can understand what I was saying..
---------------------------------------------------------

[Tutorial © Devision. Don't use without permission]
[Special thanks to Haywire for teaching me how to ghost a bike]

Yeah, true. But i've changed my alpha's up to be customized so i can see more detail on the bike.. Hopefully others will do the same.

Or you could just save all the pcj parts as pngs. Open them in photoshop. Put 50% opacity on all of them and save them back into the TXD.

Back off he's mine  XD

Pretty cool tut, I'd rather have a solid bike more than a clear one, it's pretty unique, but I dont want it to turn whorish where every other bike is "ZOMG SEA THRU!!"
