Use the "Pan/crop" tool on the clips.

No daffy... Aries sent me a "Daffy Tutorial" on how to do it. It's something with the Track Motion tool.

It worked for me fine.

i used vdub for crop the clip then on vegas i pan/crop and moved how i prefered!
