Hiei... this helps if your clips are laggy, and even if you can record @ 1024x768 at 30FPS (25 SA) (but can't recod higher because you get less than 30FPS) (25 SA), why not record in an even higher res and use my method

15FPS VC or 12.5FS SA is half the speed of 30 or 25... playback rate is 1.000 so if you change it to 2.000 then it will be twice as fast... making it 30FPS or 25FPS.

You see that little grey arrow, click it and then press  "S"  and then delete the clip on the right

I've recorded clips at 30FPS, with anti aliasing and 1280 x 720 res... my PC must be super cool, I thought you had no frapsing problems BK.  Great tut dude.

I just have to say this: This method is awesome!

People have been asking me how I'm able to make so smooth and good-looking recordings, this method is the answer.
I would recommend every editor to use this, it makes it much easier to move the camera and especially the zoom function in replays.

It requires some practice and I would recommend you to use it together with the replay fix of NWP.live. When you've learned to move the camera smooth this way, you will be able to record much better than before.

Thought this needed some advertising.

It sounded like an advertisement.
I'll test this out though since I get crappy FPS in LC while using Daffy's 25fps one.

I can too, but I still use this method. It's much easier to zoom in and out and move the camera exactly how I want, when the speed only is 50%.

@Daffy:
I've tried yours too, but I think this method is better.
