Do the stats even appears when you boat stunt, i was trying some thing ealier and i got atleast 40 foot and it didn't come up with a stat.

One of the conditions of stats to appear is opcode 04A8, that is, stats wont even be calculated (or shown) if the player is in a boat. The same goes for if the player is in a plane or helicopter, or if they have the perfect handling cheat enabled.
