english site- we can only speak english. And a rep is a replay that the game saves it is unviewable but you press f2 after you preform the stutn and to review it press f3 the stunt will save as replay.rep in gta vice city user files (found in my documents)

download fraps then use it to record the replay when you press f3 and then record the stunt=]

Uuh yeah, you need to save and post replays to make a valid World Record on here. Read Fugitive's guide on how to save replays if you need any help.
