I was cruising around and found this. Basically, launch off the grass hill, get air, stoppie across the rooftop, drop down and grind the rail below. I don't care if you only grind for 2 seconds, land backwards after the grind or land in the water...just do it.

meh, it's possible, getting on that roof is an easy jump... I'm just not too good with stoppie to grinds. Oh well, I'll attempt later.

I bounced off the rail a couple of times. The grind is the hardest part.

Yeah, getting on the roof is pretty easy, and sometimes I have a problem with the stoppie.
