I saved a screen from when I had taken pics of my 1337 spin.... there were 3 stunts that i did that I got money for... all of them ended in 0,3 and 6. Looks like it's true.

Approximately 7 seconds into the vid theres what to me looks like an abnormal boost. His car also changes direction. Could that indicate possible modding.

I haven't seen the rep/clip but your car can change direction if the car touches the wall.

Maybe since he didnt save a screenshot, he saw the ISB and just tried to remembered it, then when he went to edit the video clip he wrote in a 9 instead of a 6....Just a logical perspective on what could have happened, since the video is legit I don't think he is lying.
