and imo the perfect handling cheat shouldnt be used, its still cheating mainly cause the handling changes. If the cheat isnt allowed then you should remove the taxi section seeing as its a regular car otherwise.

Yeh remove the taxi records , also Ive broken the spin record with a 429 degree roation , but I have no proof LCS is hardest to gain more ratation so Ill get some proof.
