Alright, first your bitching about your pc sucking, don't download vehicle mods for the game, simple solution, the stock san andreas vehicles are not detailed as much as modded ones.....

Second, turn down your graphics options and close any backround programs your not using..

I get pretty bad FPS (not as bad as him, but still) and I have everything on low.

of course, my vid card is a 128 and it was only 40$ (american)

oh, I forgot to comment

well those forklift bumps seemed modded cause I couldn't do anything with them, but it could be that you got a lucky install that makes them not move. the rest of the stuff was meh.

5/10

Vehicle mods dont lag the pc, then why did gta designers make their level of detail so low on their vehicles???

Hmmm....

Almost every custom mod is higher detailed than the original vehicles

Hmm here is a simple tutorial on how to fix all lag in sa!
1. Right click on your desktop!
2. Select "Properties"
3. Select the setting tab!
4. Turn color quality down to 16 bit.
5. Stop dling pron.
Im running SA on 100 player sa mp servers with no lag with a 2 ghz processor, a 64mb gfx card, and 766 mb of ram.

Well when I first tryed to play SA with 32 bit, it took about a second for the cars to respond to me pressing the gas turning etc (imput). When I turned it down, it fixed all this, so it should help alot. Just try it.

The best way is to start Windows XP in Safe Mode. (With loading drivers)

There are 2 Safe modes, one load drivers, one doesn't. I don't know how's called in english that Safe Mode, because i have an italian computer.
