Impossible, second floor is as far as you go. Anything above that ands its probably modded.

i think aswell 3 level is modded.... i tryed with a special way and i landed the street.... meh!

I just landed on the 4th level
But I used a packer to help me. And wallriding like it is shown on the picture won't get you anywhere - you have to think
