I don' think it is. Only tryed it a few times, but....
The fence is really tricky to wallride.

Oh and dont use a packer. Do what Kert did in Never Gonna Stop.

Wallrides that have no incline leading to the wall pretty much NEED a packer. Using the struts helps you get into the wallride. I would try this but its too inconsistent with wallrides in SA so I'll leave it.
