lol @ the 1st January it wasn't and i found it through google o_O but the GTALC Beta v1 link is expired...damn no one wants to help :/

I seriously don't like you. Find the Mod Collection Thread 3 thread, scroll down a wee and click GTA LC. Since you most probably won't find it, click here. From now on when you have silly little questions like these, refer to the GTAStunting Mods and Tools account.

just install an lc for the clean vc and install col files the newest and after that you can replace the main.scm and the other tools

This should be pinned since it's one of the most helpful tutorials to one of the most used conversion mods.  Any mod or admin wanna help.

I've followed your tut step by step, but when i launch the setup.exe i keep getting this error it says

Component comdlg32.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

please help me here

will this stop the ...unhandld exeption from apearing???...every time i start up it just apears....it happens so often i wana SMACK MY SCREEN!!!
