My account is free so it holds up to 50GB and it's halfway (58%) full now. I can still upload all those videos hachi wants.

Or multiple free accounts that only GTAS members can use. Upload videos in alphabetical order. Archive #1 goes like A-G etc.

Absolutely. The only criteria I have is that once a video is up, it stays up even if no one would download it for months/years.
