MTA p2b Challenge
« on: February 07, 2006, 10:02:02 PM »
First time trying map editor, having some fun, experimenting and stuff :D

Challenge 1.0

Has to be krailed.

Challenge 2.0

You don't have to krail this one cuz it's pretty hard w/o krailing :P

Challenge 3.0

This one needs to be krailed cuz it's not so hard.

Challenge 4.0 [span style=\'color:red\']New![/span]

Do a krail2grind on that sucka, not so hard but pretty fun.

Save the maps in 'MTA San Andreas\mods\map_editor\maps', open up map editor, load the file and press F5 to test it. All maps are in the .rar archive. Have fun!

A couple of things here d00d

1. Nice challenge B)
2. Cork? Dont you mean Krail? i dont think you's have enough air time to cork after leaning back from a p2b.
3. Zip it so people can download it, rather than having the contents of the map file being shown (thats what happened to me in FireFox, at least).

Gj mate :D Man, I've made so many kickass MTA maps now so I'm changing this topic into Emtoo's MTA Challenge collection. Man, map editor is the best thing ever.
Hah, sweet! Just found out that this is the 1000'd topic in the GTA San Andreas section :D

You mean like go from LS to LV and such? You can move by using the WASD buttons and holding shift to go faster. There might be a faster way to travel long distances without using WASD but that's the only way I know :P

Completed #3 which was pretty easy (but definately fun), so i took it to the next level (literally) with an extra MONSTER sized p2b. Check it for yourself:

Trying #2 now but the bumps kinda weird.

Holy shit man, that was totally overkill. That bump was even in class with Buzzsaw´s huge ones (not his big one... his B-U-M-P-S <_< ).

GJ on nailing that challenge ^^

RAD I think youve found a new method. :o
Pay close attention to when hes wheeling his speed bar is all the way to the top, but when he attempts it without wheeling his max is about 75%. Could somebody do some testing. This could also apply to the single player mode.  :o

gr8 RAD, dling. Come on everyone, the 2nd one isn't too hard :P And yeah, these challenges are for fun.
WHOA shit dude, the 2nd landing was freakin amazing :o Gonna try yo method.. brb ;D

Tested your method now, I really felt a difference in speed. But doing this in SP might be hard since the handling is different because of the Bike skill. Great find RAD :o

Sorry emtoo, looks like i might have sent your challenge off-topic :(
As for my method, yes it works in single player (very well i might add) and i've been perfecting it for a while now, although it probably wont work for you two (the p2b height, at least) without knowing the whole story on how to do it.

But enough of that, someone needs to complete challenge #2!
