infested´s Grind Challenge #1
« on: January 20, 2006, 06:48:59 AM »
Its in south-west SF, near the big garage where you can put a packer
You may use any vehicle for this.

You don't have to land on the first roof, you can go straight over it and on to the grind.

In the red circle, you may do what you want, like putting a packer or bike to bump of.

Thanks to Ostis for taking the snapshots for me.
Good Luck!

I think that is pretty much impossible, the roof is too high for a good speeding P2B(unless there's a great spot for it there), and a BBM would take a lot of the speed away..

Have you tried circulating on top of the roof, I mean, using the handbrake to charge speed, then go off the roof and onto the rail?

Too many uphill kinks to be actually doable.  You'd loose so much speed on the first kind you wouldn't make it up the second.  If you did carry alot of speed onto the rail you air off the first kink and either miss the rest of the rail, or run into another kink which would ultimately stop you.

What are you talking about? You're not gonna grind UP the rails, if that's what you're saying. *dont know what kink means, neither did the internet lexicon*

Oh I see, the last picture threw me off because of the angle.  It looked as if that's the way you would be attempting the grind that way from left to right.  And the way you outlined the line to grind made it seem as if there were kinks in a long fence, the picture was dark and I had quickly glanced at it.

As far as a kink:  A kink in a handrail is a spot where the rail bends from its normal angle.  Such as this:

i don't think you'd be able to maintain enough grind speed to clear the gaps between the fences, but i could be wrong.

The second grinds you cannot get to because...you hit the fence the runs at the 90 degree angle and you mostly wont have enough speed. Saying that i hope it gets done
