2x motion or something? I might not be looking hard enough but could somebody help? (I'm using vegas)

Right click and go to fram rate or something and cahnge it to 2 or something higher.

You can use velocity envelopes by right clicking on the clip, or you can just drag the end of the clip and hold ctrl while doing so. Velocity envelopes are more powerful, but can be a pain in the arse to control.
