How to change player's/bike's skin?

I forgot, please help. I remember it's related to IMG Tool and TXD Workshop but I can't remember the steps.
I'm not joking, I haven't done that in a long time.

you can download modloader where you just drop the files and it loads them into the game https://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=25377

or using Magic.TXD or TXDWorkshop, load gta3.img and replace the pcj600.txd/.dff file, same process for  player.txd/.dff
or regular tommy skins go straight into the skins folder
