Is using the Gargoyle considered cheating?

I tried using the Gargoyle bike yesterday and it hits everything perfectly its so easy to use and feels a bit like cheating so im wondering is it considered to be cheaty in a way? I haven't seen much people use it and it feels too good to be allowed.

How does one acquire this "Gargoyle" Bike, havnt been on V in awhile

I think it's a bike from gta online, not sure how you get it though
