Check those video clips' property, try to use prohibition resampling.

I'd first check it in VLC/MPCHC/any decent media player to make sure the stock footage isn't corrupt, then disable resampling on the clips, also in project properties try messing around with the deinterlace method and see if that makes any difference. When it comes to real life footage I'm only used to editing SD footage from MiniDV tapes but deinterlacing it tends to help.

 Trid with Not Allowing resample but nothing happened, probably I will try to use a friends brand new pc for this project or...  return the archives and the money :(
