blue screen

Hello !    so my computer is fucking up a bit and I am wondering if it might have something to do with my motherboard..the problems im having is: blue screen, usb not responding correctly so I have to switch usb, computer freezing and so on. The usb thing have been an issue for a while even when i've reinstalled the computer. You guys could help me a lot the first time I asked something about computers so thats why Im asking luls    feel free to say other things which might cause the issues im having.
