Playing the game
« on: September 20, 2013, 12:46:44 AM »
So I've just completed the story mode of GTAV (credits rolling as we speak), and I'm curious about the choices people made.

Without giving anything away - did people select A, B or C? I strongly recommend using the spoiler tags to avoid ruining things for people, but I chose C. Will likely re-play things to see what happens when I pick A and B too.

So what did yous pick?

I blitzed through it mate, I'm gonna try to figure out the simplest, easiest methods to complete some missions so I really got stuck into the missions and wasted no time on it.

Anyone tried the non-story related Epsilon missions yet? You select Michael and go to the Epsilon website to trigger the missions. They're pretty damn annoying, but also rewarding - I think you can get $21 MILLION dollars if you choose to take the money in final mission. I'm currently doing the missions where you need to walk 5 MILES in the desert. I simply tapes down left analogue stick in one direction so I'm walking automatically in a circle, which works, and I just did other things while it's in auto mode.

Just a heads-up if anyone wants a way to earn some real nice money, if they're patient enough for that one big pay-day.

I went with b (T)

Then a friend told me he choose c and was able to not lose anyone, so I replayed the mission and also chose C but everything stayed the same after the mission was complete. So I'm thinking, I guess once you make yor bed the first time, you have to lie in it. (stuck with the original decision.)

Now, because I don't have a certain person, I can't finish the strangers and freaks. Maybe I can go back and replay something to do it? not sure, But I am stuck at %96 completion

Says on IGN it's 2.1 million, not 21. BIG DIFFERENCE : <
I'll probably do the missions anyway though, I'm on 91% completion, lacking a few strangers n freaks + collectibles

I chose C, having no idea what the fuck it even meant.

I also choose C because I couldn't bring myself to do what the other 2 options wanted me to do.

Don't remember what option it was, but I did the monkey man. He was boring.

Smart move, I only taped down analogue stick and walked it. I just took care of other things while I walked in a perfect small circle lol. Pretty lucky I wasn't randomly attacked I guess as it's a desert and sometimes there's animals looking to kill you...

I wrapped the usb cord around the sticks and controller so that he was always running right, then I used a rubber band to get the X pressed down :P

I have now finished the game as well. The game is beautiful, full of action and things to do. Fucking brilliant! I had a lot of bugs in the game as well but that didn't stop me from enjoying the game. As for the final mission I choose A, fuck Trevor. Now that I'm done with all this, it's time to focus on stunting and recording stunts. :cc_detective:
