ASRock 970 Extreme4 AMD 970 - Offers additional PCIe & RAM slots + USB & SATA 3.0, good if you have more upgrades in mind.
Asus M5A78L LE AMD 760G - Less features and therefore cheaper, but still fulfilling all your needs.

ASRock isn't that bad anymore. It's just them still having a bad reputation, but their products are decent nowadays. If I were you, I'd go with the ASUS one in case you don't want to upgrade any further to spare some cash.

ASUS has good quality, but they're often overpriced imo. I'm all cool with Gigabyte, but dunno their AMD boards at all so I threw in those instead.

As far as I know, Asrock is left over/cheap asus..? but I haven't looked into it, that's just what I've been told previously.

Honestly mobo's aren't important though man, just find an asrock/asus/gigabyte/whatever one that fits your CPU/ram and has enough expansion for you, the extra bells and whistles mean VERY little.

To be honest with your budget gaming PC there's nothing wrong with cheaping out on the mobo (assuming AsRock is cheaping it), generally if you're going to upgrade anything excluding the GPU, you'll just buy a new mobo/CPU/ram and probably a GPU, so if it does the job with your current hardware, it's more than enough
