NRG skin problem

Here's the thing, I'm trying to install my nrg skin and two problems came up. I fixed the first one but it might have something to do with the one. So the first one was that everytime I tried to replace the original nrg with mine (with txdworkshop), it said it didn't have any images in it. I fixed that by replacing every original images, one by one. But now, here's how it looks:



I'm guessing it has something to do with the decals, but this only happens on this computer. 
I've tried pretty much everything, don't know what else to do. 
I'm using Windows 7 by the way.
