PCJ600 remap

Could anyone make or share me a pcj remap with fully customizable parts ? Already know about Paython's Brake remap but it doesn't fix my problem on pcj600's engine . i can't remove the black line ( the blue line in pic ) + can't edit the red part as a different part from green part ( they use same texture/material i guess )  .
