Rendering issue
« on: February 04, 2013, 10:26:54 PM »
So I was trying to render a lossless .avi of an 8-minute video but every time I tried I failed. It said 'An error uccurred while creating the media file video.avi. The reason for the error could not be determined', leaving a video file with a length of 1:56 and a size of 12.0gb. Annoying.

I'm using a x64 version of Vegas 12.0 on WIN 7 64.

Are you using MBL? If yes, render without it, then rerender with MBL.

What's MBL? Nevermind, I've finished rendering it. I replaced a filter.

If you did use MBL, then just update it so you won't get it in the future. Goddamn annoying to get that error.

I do use MBL but I didn't remove anything related to it. I just replaced a 3D effect of NewBlue FX with a Sony 3D one. Thanks guys anyway. :)
