whats difference between on and off?
Quote from: CENSORED on November 07, 2012, 11:28:16 AMwhats difference between on and off?the FL limits your SA to 25 fps when turned on. when turned off the fps will go as high as the performance of your computer allows.the more FPS you have, the more input the game will accept. for example, the game will accept more boosting commands (cabbie), the higher the FPS are. Thus you will get greater boosting results FL off.Regarding motocycles im not sure in what way the FPS affect it, so i wont comment on that.
