Smooth slowmo in sony vegas

Does anyone has some tip for me to make a pretty smooth and flow slowmo? like when I make the clip longer using CTRL and making the clip longer, it gets slowmo, but it's pretty laggy and doesn't really looks well, for example

I know it's twixtor or something, but is it for AAE or SV, is it a plugin or some configuration? you know, that kind of stuff, also I'd appreciate other kind of plugins or whatever that twixtor is :>

Twixtor is an OFX plugin. I might still have it somewhere, get on MSN. Oh, don't worry, it's for both AE and SV.
