Fraps problem

Hey guys, I need your help to fix this damn problem I have with fraps since I can't find any solutions on google
So here's the thing, I tried recording some stunts in my brothers laptop (an asus with windows 7) and every single recording looks like this:


Is there any way to solve this?

Get help for your pc! Clearly, he's addicted to acid.

Try to record in 16 bit.

If it works switch back to 32 bit.

Had exactly the same problem before, but now it's fine. Try to reinstall it
