Is my laptop good enough to run GTA IV?

I was just wondering if my laptop is capable of running IV, especially as I've already purchased it as a random act of excitement  . It's a Toshiba L300-1DN, not designed for gaming, but has 3GB of RAM, a intel pentium dual CPU T3400 which runs at 2.16 GHz. The graphic card is a Mobile Intel® GMA 4500M with up to 1.3 GB of graphics memory and 3 GB of system memory. It's specs are above the recommended ones given out by rockstar, but I just wanted to ask you guys as you've been playing the GTA series, and possibly IV on your computers for a while now, so just wanted to see what sort of quality I will be able to get. Any information will be helpful, thanks .

You should be able to run it but don't expect anything higher than medium settings. Running it in lower resolution is preferable aswell.

it what will be, and if you want some better results, uyse downgrade graphics mods for gta iv

I'll download san andreas and vice city first (package on steam with every single GTA for only £20) then i'll see how iv and eflc runs, i'm not expecting anything great, but if i'm planning on creating more videos in the future I just need it to be smooth when watching other peoples replays.

It might work to a degree, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it. You've got a PS3, so you're better off sticking with that versus your laptop in my opinion

can't even load the opening credits -.- oh well got san andreas and vice city with the package so i'm gunna practice stunting on there instead .
