WAZAAAAAAAAA BUBBLE BUTTS AND BUTTER SLUTS. <--- My new opening to every intro

Can anyone tell me how to do the real time slow motion that most of you use for slowing down a clip? Usually seen in TheGT4sm clips.

Here's an example if you don't get it.

You can tell me the AAE method though, just please try finding me a Vegas ONLY method.
